About us
Open since June 23, 2006, its 130 m² space is located near Cornavin railway station, in the heart of Les Pâquis, one of the city's most vibrant and popular neighbourhoods.
Lin.Robbe.Seiler designed the original interior. The «Bureau culturel» was renovated in 2022 by informel, notably to optimise storage for its rental equipment. Thanks to its highly affordable daily rates, the «Bureau culturel» provides audiovisual and computer equipment to anyone working in the arts, culture, community, socio-educational or sports sectors in Switzerland, regardless of nationality.
In addition to equipment rental for on-site use or takeaway, the «Bureau culturel» offers introductory sessions, workshops, free information sessions, a vending machine featuring goodies and artworks, a free promotional window display to showcase your projects, a collaborative directory of skills and expertise in the cultural sector.
