Scriptwriting - Final Draft
Although every writer has their own methodology, there are a few general principles to be aware of to facilitate scriptwriting. Using the example of a film*, Quentin will provide you with an Anglo-Saxon approach inspired by some modern gurus such as John Truby, Yves Lavandier, Robert McKey, and Joseph Campbell. You will also explore the 'Final Draft' software designed by screenwriters to streamline the organization of your writing (story strategy and structure, characters).
*It is recommended to watch «The Hunger Games» (Gary Ross, 2012), the first film in the American science fiction film series adapted from the books by Suzanne Collins.
