As part of our rental management, we process and store the following data:
Your data:
Last name(s), first name(s), nickname(s), residential address in Switzerland, email address(es), phone number(s), date of birth, current and past identification documents (type, number and expiration date), name(s) of the organizations for which you rent equipment, status (credit, debt).
Equipment data:
Name, inventory number, purchase price (for your reference and insurance purposes), internal rental logs and notes.
Purposes:
- Communication with you
- Reservations
- Creation and printing of rental contracts
- Invoicing
- Management of rented equipment
- Accounting archiving
Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required for the execution of the contract or due to a legal obligation.

3. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to obtain information about your personal data stored in our database, as well as the purpose of its processing. You also have the right to request correction or deletion of your data, within the limits permitted by law.

4. Newsletters
We activate your option to receive our newsletter as soon as you register with the Bureau culturel. You can unsubscribe at any time starting from the first newsletter you receive.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we only store your first name, last name, and email address. This email address is used exclusively to send you the newsletters.
We send out a national newsletter every two months. We may send up to two additional local newsletters per year.
