Supports for Creation: City of Geneva

18.11.2025
19:00–21:00

SOUTIENS2

Free and open to everyone, this session invites you to meet two of the cultural advisors and grant managers from the City of Geneva. They will present the funding schemes they are responsible for in the fields of contemporary music, digital arts, cinema, sound creation, and emerging practices.

Whether you are an artist, producer, association, or simply a culture enthusiast, come and learn how these support schemes work, how to access the available programs, ask concrete questions, and explore the newly introduced measures designed to accompany today’s artistic creation.

You will also have the opportunity to discover some recent initiatives, such as regional support for labels and publishers, funding for digital creation and its structural development, or grants dedicated to creative podcasts and emerging art forms such as drag and contemporary cabaret. These have been designed to encourage projects that resonate with societal, technological, ecological, or inclusive cultural transformations.

Finally, you will be able to ask questions about the online portal, launched more than a year ago, which has become an essential interface for any funding request—helping you better understand the steps involved and anticipate the timelines.
